Sports physicals are available for all ages; wellness exams, medication management, and sick visits are for patients 16 and older.
We are self-pay only and not contracted with TriCare, Medicare, or Medicaid. HSA/FSA, cash, and major cards are accepted. Prescriptions may be covered by your insurance, and labs may be ordered through insurance.
Self-pay care allows longer, unhurried appointments and truly personalized, proactive care without insurance limitations.
